We have created this email privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.
If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.
Sharing and Usage
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
How can you stop receiving email from us?
Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.
Postage & Handling
Postage Costs within Australia
All orders are delivered via Australia Post.
We will aim to have your parcel delivered to you 3-10 working days (certain exceptions apply*).
In order to simplify the purchasing process, Belluca charge a flat fee of $7.50 anywhere within Australia (certain exceptions apply**) for postage and handling.
* Please note, there may be occasions whereby an item you have ordered may take longer to be delivered due to the size of the item, the destination or other unforeseen circumstances. In these instances, we will contact you as soon as possible after your order is placed to confirm an expected delivery timeframe. If you are not satisfied with this timeframe, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Also note that we cannot offer next day delivery to ANY orders being delivered to the Northern Territory or to Perth suburbs outside the Perth CBD. For these areas, your order will be sent asap via Australia Post.
** Certain oversize items may incur additional freight charges depending on the delivery address. These items are clearly marked in the product descriptions. We will contact you via email or phone shortly after you place your order if this applies. If you are not satisfied with the additional delivery costs, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Alternatively, you may contact us with a delivery address to inquire if this applied to you.
Postage Costs outside of Australia
All International orders are done via email. Please email info@belluca.com.au for any orders or queries.
Pick Up
Pick up is available. Prior arrangements MUST be made. $3 handling fee applies.
Registered Post
You may choose to have your order sent by Registered Post for an extra AU$2.50. Please contact us if you require this service.
Disclaimer
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge an enquiry with our shipping company to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
In the rare occurrence that an item should an item be faulty, Due to design changes the exact design may not be available however the item will be replaced with a similar item from our current range. Any faults found to have been caused through neglect or intentional misused, will instantly void this guarantee.
Returns Policy
We are Belluca take pride in the quality of our products and promise our products will be as impressive, if not more so than they appear on our website. We are happy for you to return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase and urge the purchaser to contact us as soon as the fault is discovered. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of notification of the fault. Please note it will be the buyer's obligation to cover all additional postage costs. Any sale item or discontinued stock purchased are not exchangeable or refundable.
All returns must be accompanied by the receipt. When you return an item please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. We reserve the right to determine if replacement is warranted, rest assured that we are consumers just like you and know what is fair. Failure due to negligence or abuse is not covered under our warranty. All items to be returned with original packaging.
For all Returns please email: info@belluca.com.au with the Subject: RETURN ORDER # and insert your invoice number. Each case will be assessed and a Returns Number will be issued.

We’re more than happy to replace your item, exchange it for another one or offer you a credit note for the orginal purchase amount less any discounts and shipping fees within 7 days of purchase. We do not refund where errors occur from a typing error you may have made over the internet or mail order or if you change your mind.
